SKU: PCM-L+5-BLUECH Category:

The large +5º C PCM is designed as a durable alternative to standard, flexible gel packs. The rigid, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) container is filled with a dense gel that is engineered and tested to maintain it’s shape and precise temperatures for longer periods.

How it works: It changes phase at the specified temperature to provide optimal thermal protectionof vaccines, food, chemicals or other temperature sensitive products. When the abutting temperature drops below the phase change temperature, the gel will solidify and release stored energy. If the surrounding temperature increases above the phase change temperature, it will liquefy and absorb excess energy.

The TempAid PCM product is able to be cleaned and refrozen for repeated use.

All products are produced, tested, and validated at Class 1 medical device facility registered with the FDA in the United States and Health Canada.
